Order

How do I place an order?
Click on the product you wish to buy and choose your size and the color you want. Click on “ad to shopping cart”. Now you can put more products in your cart by repeating the procedure. When you are ready to check out, click “Go to shopping cart”.

Can I change my order?
Only if your products have not been prepared for shipping. We are preparing packages all day so we should receive your cancellation asap after your order placement. E-mail us at info@wonhundredshop.com.

Will there be any additional costs to my order?
For orders within Denmark the shipping cost is 39 DKK for orders below 500 DKK. For orders over 500 DKK there will be no charge. All prices at the site include 25 % VAT.

Returns and exchanges

How do I return an item?
If you are displeased with a product and you wish to return it please send an e-mail to shop@wonhundred.com containing information of which product you wish to return. Then we ask you to send us the product which you must return to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice, your personal data and your bank account information to: Wonhundredshop.com, Sundkaj 7, Pakhus 47 opg. b, 2. floorfloor, 2100 Copenhagen Ø, Denmark. (Att. Returns). You should expect the refund in your account within 5-7 days.

Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected items.

How do I exchange an item?
If you are displeased with a product and you wish to exchange it please send an e-mail to shop@wonhundred.com containing information of which product you wish to exchange and which item you want instead. Then we ask you to send us the product which you must return to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice and your personal data to: Wonhundredshop.com, Ryesgade 19 c, 5th floor, 2200 Copenhagen N, Denmark. (Att. Returns). As soon as possible after having received your package we will send you the new item.

An item is broken upon arrival, how do I make a complaint?
You have a period of 24 months to complain about an item should it not live up to our usual standard. Please e-mail us at shop@wonhundred.com describing the problem. If the item has flaws or is damaged upon arrival the item will be repaired or exchanged and shipped to you, all of which off course will be done asap after having received the defect item. If the item is out of stock we will refund the amount (excl. shipping costs) to your bank account after having received your account information.

Delivery information

How long does it take for my package to arrive?
The shipping period depends on which products you have purchased and whereto they are to be shipped. We will deliver your purchase within 1-3 working days though sometimes you will experience a longer shipping period –for instance regarding “out-of-stock products” in which cases you will be contacted either by phone or e-mail.

How much are the shipping costs?
Denmark the shipping cost is 39 DKK for orders below 500 DKK. For orders over 500 DKK there will be no charge.
The following courier is used: Pakke - onlinebetaling / Post Danmark - porto og ekspedition 39 DKK.
NB! –We do not accept cash on delivery!
The shipping cost is only paid once no matter how many products you buy and we will –if possible- ship all products at the same time.
